This article describes how to setup an
Android phone and connect it to a computer so that the device may be
used to run and debug Xamarin.Android applications developed by Visual Studio 2015 Update 3.

1. Enable Developer's Options on your device: Settings -> More -> About Device -> Tap Builder number repeatedly until Developer Options is enabled . It will display a message, "You are now a developer!".
